Now comes the more official part that we cannot ignore. Being a private user of this website in the Federal Republic of Germany the following General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods (AGB in German) apply.
In case you are a commercial user or you are not a resident of Germany, please contact us so we can supply you with the valid General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods that apply to you.
To safeguard the right of revocation the in-time sending of the revocation notice or of the goods is sufficient.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
In the event of an effective revocation, the services already received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interests) shall be reimbursed. If you cannot return the goods received, either totally or partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you shall, if applicable, be obliged to provide compensation for the loss in value. This shall not apply if the deteriorated condition of the goods is attributable to testing as they might have been tested at a retail shop. To avoid paying compensation for the loss in value of the goods, refrain from using the goods in a way that could impair their value.
For delivered goods with an order value not exceeding 40.00 Euro, or if you have not yet paid the compensation or a contractually determined part payment at the time of revocation, the costs of the return consignment shall be borne by you, unless the delivered goods were not the goods that were ordered. Goods not suitable for parcel shipment shall be collected from your address.
Objects capable of dispatch by parcel shall be returned at our expense and risk.
You shall bear the costs of return if the goods supplied correspond to what has been ordered and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40.00 Euro, or if you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of the revocation in the event of a higher price of the commodities. Otherwise, returns shall be free of charge.
The deadline commences with your dispatch of the revocation notice or the goods; for us it commences with the receipt of the same.

1.Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract solely comes into force upon delivery of the goods or by means of a separate written confirmation with delivery promise. An automatic e-mail response that confirms received orders does not lead to the conclusion of the contract.2. Right of revocation for consumers
You shall be entitled to revoke your contractual declaration without giving any reasons within a period of two weeks. Notice of revocation has to be given in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail), or in the case that you have already received the goods prior to the deadline, by reshipment of the goods ( in case of recurrent delivery of goods of the same nature, not before receipt of the first partial shipment) and not prior to meeting our information obligations pursuant to art. 312c para. 2 BGB (German Civil Law) in conjunction with art. 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and all other obligations pursuant to art. 312e para. 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with art. 3 BGB-InfoV.To safeguard the right of revocation the in-time sending of the revocation notice or of the goods is sufficient.
